Placing tennis trades

Hi All,

When I try to place a trade on the tennis it doesn't place, but a red number 3 flashes in the ladder. On the one click screen it does the same and says "placing bet (3)" but still no trade. Can someone help me out?

The flashing 3 is the in-play 3 seconds delay.

Your bets might not be being placed because you have the place fill or kill setting set to 0 seconds or because your stake is set to 0.00.

You need to read the user manual and watch the videos!

Thanks, but neither of these are the case. I really can't find anything in the manuals etc. I now have an open bet that I can't close, urgh

Just noticed at the bottom of the screen it says "Betfair's business rules do not allow this order to be placed". Anyone come across this?

Figured it out - it must be an Australian live betting thing. Changed to a NZ server and it worked fine.
