Reload Current Screen Layout keyboard shortcut

Help improve Bet Angel.

I originally raised this request in the Tips and Tricks section (viewtopic.php?f=61&t=28819&p=349474&p349474) but didn't find a solution.
I just want the ability to create a keyboard shortcut to save having to go via the View > Reload Current Screen Layout route.
