I have a betfair account close to reaching 40% premium charges.
I have a chance to switch to another account. What is the safest way to do this?

Betfair detect premium charge avoidance by monitor activity, not accounts. So even if you switch accounts it's possible they will pick up that you have done this.
It would be easy to spot, one account activity suddent vanishes and it's replaced by a new account with the same strategy and profile, but just a different name.
