Automation Rule Stuck

Morning all, just a quick one to see if anybody can help. I created an automation rule in guardian last night and my laptop ran out of charge. I rebooted and got back on Bet Angel and now the file can't be deleted. It was only a test bot anyway so isn't important, but I wouldn't mind deleting the rule to keep my list clean. Every time I click on the file I get the message attached but can't delete it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers.

if you go to this location from your c drive (insert your name where my name is)
then you can delete whatever you like from your list.
