Just before I log a support ticket; Anyone getting an "Exception Occurred" error when logging in via BA??
Can log in direct via a browser

Log In Error Message

PS May be a red herring, but some of the users who cant log in are on earlier versions (1.26.5) is this potentially a problem? Thanks

I had the same issue, but an update solved the problem.
Check you have the latest version. Click 'Help'.. 'About'. It should be 1.29.0
