Betfair Exchange Football VAR Rule Change

Betfair have changed how they implment VAR decisions on football: -

As of Tuesday 30th April Betfair made a change to the way we void around material events if they are given during a VAR review.

Today we suspend on “VAR confirmed” and we will continue to do that, we won’t be suspending from “possible VAR”. But if a red card or penalty is given on the back of a review, we will void bets matched during that window between “possible VAR” and “VAR confirmed”

From what I've seen, in the case of goals being disallowed without VAR intervention, will bets also be void? Am I correct?
