BetAngel - Can I use if my betfairExchange is banned?

Hi, I am new to BetAngel, havnt downloaded the software yet.

Can I use BetAngel on BetFair Exchange without my betfair exchange account and password?

Is BetAngel a separate platform?

No, it connects to Betfair & your username & password for Betfair are required.
