Twice in 3 days, BA has completely shut itself down for no apparent reason and without any 'do you want to close?' warning message. Everything else on my PC remained as normal. Any ideas?

Sounds like a crash.

The event viewer (eventvwr.msc) is the best place to look. Windows logs and timestamps absolutely everything it does, so if you know what time it happened you might find some clues there.

Didn't know that even existed - thanks.

Seems it was a .NET Runtime error, but I wouldn't know what to do about it. Is the exception in bold at my end or BA's end?

Application: BetAngel.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException at BetAngel.Model.OffsetSettingsInfo.IsActive() at BetAngel.PlaceBetsGrid.a(BetAngel.Model.MarketInfoData, ........................(and so on)

Looks like that's one to throw at the support staff, but on the face of it, it does appear to be something BA's doing.

This happens to me when my PC gets critically low on free space on the main drive.

I've got plenty of free space but my .net framework seems to be 9 years old - not sure how that happens. I'll update it tonight and see how things go.
