Being 2 sets down and vomiting can't be the best for Drapers hopes, still serving at 110mph+ though!

He did well all things considered. Hopefully this will give him some momentum on future hard court tournaments.

There is some hope for Draper. 22 and no. 25 in the world. But he's teetering on the brink. Throwing up in a sports arena is not good and is only something I've seen from someone that had a coke habit. He used coke to drive his training and would head to his bag a couple of times during a footy game.
Not saying that is whats going on here just that that is the only time I've seen it.

It's not so unusual. Zidane (on of the best players ever) threw up before taking a penalty.

However it perhaps provides an insight to the pyche of top sportspeople.

We think they are graceful swans, but emotionally they are in turmoil and for a minority that errupts.

Without doubt we shall see what Draper is made of. No pressure, mate! Just match and surpass Murray. Easy?

But he was pretty crap at tennis.
I don't remember any stories about Sampras, Federer, Djokovic or Nadal heaving. Better enhancing drug control? Must cost a lot.
