Automating a tennis system - Match Start Times

I hope someone can help with some advice on tennis betting.

I am currently working on a system that I'd like to automate but I'm struggling with when to trigger it due to the start times of the matches. Obviously the matches rarely start on time and also I've noticed that the start times Betfair have can be very different to what Flashscore show e.g. Betfair will have a few matches showing as 0100 start time but Flashscore or the ATP/WTA websites will have them starting hours after that.

Is there anyone on here doing a similar thing? How do you trigger as close to the actual start as possible?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

Tennis matches tend to have a start time that is described as 'Not to start before XX'

So the start time is very often defined by when the prior match finishes. There is no defined start time.

Yep, makes sense. I just wondered if there was anyone on here that uses automation on tennis and how they get around the start times, whether they trigger once it goes in play or not?

There is a condition within automation that allows you to check whether market is in-play or not and can be used to control bet placement.

Y, my automation just detects when the match goes inplay.
