Charts will not display

Hi there,

Can anyone help with the following please?

I have set up BetAngel to show 5 candle charts and 3 price charts as part of horse racing display settings. This works fine when I use it with the Professional Server edition via VPS but not when I use with the Professional edition running from my own desktop. In the case of the latter, I can see the charts when I hover my mouse over the BetAngel icon (see pic), however they do not stay displayed when I move my mouse away. Neither, I've noticed, do they have any data displayed within them.

I have tried altering various display settings as suggested by the AI Support but nothing makes them display permanently with data included. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
