I just watch one this evening and it made me think I should list my favourites for others to watch.

Dumb Money (Gamestop)
Boiler Room
Wall Street (Original)
Wolf of Wall Street
Rouge Trader (Nick Leeson - Barings)
The Wizard of Lies (Madoff)
Margin Call
The Big Short

What about "The Sting" Newman and Redford,
set up a fake bookie to initiate a big Sting of The Local Gangster (Robert Shaw).

Not in the same serious films but "Trading Places" is a fun watch.

Also "Moneyball" with Brad Pitt is pretty good, About Oakland A's GM Billy Beane is handicapped
with the lowest salary constraint in baseball. If he ever wants to win the World Series,
Billy must find a competitive advantage. Billy is about to turn baseball on its ear when he uses
statistical data to analyze and place value on the players he picks for the team.

Do documentaries count as films? (I think there's another thread about that somewhere)

This is a really good doco (I haven't read the book)
