Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me. I downloaded the files a while ago but can't remember if I changed the file or not. I don't think so as I am new to all this. Have now altered the green up to arm at 10 secs as it was set at 30 secs and the goal was scored at 1minute. I didn't have restricted refresh on. I forgot about the log so will check that the next time if it happens.
I had about 8 football matches on at same time and 6 triggered but 2 did not and had to go in and green up manually.
I will re download the files and start again .
Thanks so much for getting back to me. I appreciate any suggestions and help as this is all new to me and would like to be a bit more successful

Thanks Dallas

It was set at 30secs because of the in-play delay and to prevent double bets being placed, some games have a longer delay that 10secs
However since the file was made an option has been added to the 'Genera' tab which you can tick to add the in-play delay to the re-arm time, so providing you use that you could set the actual re-arm even lower

Post up the logs from both the CS market and MO market if you get another failed trigger

Hi All -
Looking for a little advice, I imported the rules and have applied them as shows in my screenshot. Is it okay to do it in this way where I have applied the files to Rule 1 and Rule 2 rather than using the files on the specific market?

Many thanks

At the time the files were created each was created for those specfic markets, for example the Check 0-0 CS market rule passed the odds for the 0-0 score line (which is in Betfair row 1) to rules in the other file),
So having this file applied to the MO market means it will be passing the home team odds to those rules, therefore causing all sorts of mis triggers

Likewise the other file will instead of laying the draw and greening up will also begin laying the 0-2 score line in the CS market.

However since it was created a new condition called 'Market Type' has been added, so if you were to add that condition to the rules in the Match Odds market and test the market type was a 'Match Odds' market
Then do the same in the 0-0 file and test the market type was a 'Correct Score' market then you could even merge them all into a single rules file and apply all the markets and each rule would only trigger on the appropriate market type
