Does anyone know what happens if a horse is disqualified a few days after the race with market settlement?

For example Captain Bellamy will be disqualified after winning today because of a whip infringement and quite a big one but he won't be disqualified until the next whip review meeting whenever that is.

Result as per weighed in, there will be no resettlement; just like if there was a horse disq. in the future for drug analysis, or a stewards enquiry result being overturned on appeal.

Thanks something I wasn't aware off, normally stick my horse racing bets on in the shop and don't use the exchange for horses so wasn't sure.

If a horse is disqualified days after the race, most bookmakers won’t alter settled bets, but exchanges like Betfair might void markets or adjust based on their rules for post-race disqualifications.
