So what if a glitch said the user had won £50 billion?

I assume the £1 million was a prize on offer somewhere within the game. If it had been a larger, random amount (like 50 billion) perhaps the judge would have ruled in favour of Paddy Power.

Five years to get paid out, though. Must take the shine off it a bit.
