Help with market refresh

Hi, I am new to excel automation and I have everything coded the way I want it but I am having an issue with the markets refreshing too quickly.

I am using the automation with horse racing on the win and place markets with the data from the win market going in to its own tab and the place market again going in to its own tab on the same excel spreadsheet. The data in both tabs refreshes at different times but does have an overlap so both appear at the same time but after a certain interval (as determined on the bet angel markets tab) it then goes on to the next race.

What I want is for excel to keep the race and the data in excel for say 3 minutes before the race starts and not move on to other races unless it gets to the 3 minutes before the next race.

How can I do this please?
