Hi Dallas,
Files, seems to be working half way only for me, as for example: for Back Bet : as soon as lay back goes to 1 tick before back- it places the lay bet, but back bet disappears and nothing happens then, leaving bets unmatched. I have quite a long time to read and comprehend editing, but I believe something I am missing there. Can you help? I was in practicing mode and tried all bets from 1 to 100 dollars, but the problem still was there. For my convenience I had put shortcut for laying with ctrl+click and alt+click for back bet. I don't think it matters..., as was doing both ways, still not working for me.

They have been created so that only one or the other can be used on a selection at the same time (ie, the back bet or the lay bet servant), if you want to use both at the same time you'll need to make some edits. Instructions on how to do this are somewhere in the previous posts as I know its been asked for before.

If only using one at a time and you are seeing a bet cancelled late or early try setting your refresh rate set to 20ms

Thank you for the promt reply, I see where the problem was, I had changed my update time to "update", reloading with 20ms sims to be working , and it is crucial point, could you tell if using update to 40 or 80ms will make any difference from your point of view?

Anything less than 100ms should be fine, but can largely depend on your internet connection, if you have a fast and reliable one you may get away with 100ms, but if its slower and prone to drop offs then using the fastest rate of 20ms will be needed

The update option was added recently and after this servant was made and forces the update only when something in the market changes, but for this servant to work correctly it relies on consistently checking the market as often as possible hence something less than 100ms should be used

Have you made any edits?
Prior to upload every file uploaded is thoroughly tested for several days to make sure it fully works as per the details given the opening page

What refresh rate are you using? ideally it should be 20ms or certainly one that is less than 100ms
Have you checked your log to see what information is in there?

Can anyone help, I am running the back servant.
But the lay bet does not seem to be placing, or canceling if money on lay side over £100.

I assume you meant 20ms there?
but either way glad you've got it running correctly
