Read specific excel cell value in a Store Value

I dont understand how to read a specific excel cell value for storing in store value

I have tried to share a SV in BA excel settings but I dont know where is it in excel sheet !!

I have tried: SET_SV FOR:<SELECTION|MARKET|EVENT> NAME:<name> VALUE:<value>
Assigns a shared stored value

I use BetAngel_Multiple.xls, BA connect is ok, my sheet is completed by BA

Commands go into column L, rows 9,11,13,etc,etc. Example below

SET_SV FOR:SELECTION NAME:MyStoredValueName VALUE:123456789
