Why the blacklisting?

Not as if you can call the servers on BETDAQ as frequently as on Betfair, so with refresh rate at 250ms seems to be an issue ?

You really shouldn't be exceeding Betdaq call limits, so I'd drop them a message to them to check that they have applied Bet Angel API calling limits to your account and also confirm with them what limits they have set.
