Tbf it doesn't try to actively lie, these are called AI hallucinations because it was generally programmed to confidently produce an answer even when it doesn't know it

Disappointment only comes when you expect it to work perfectly at such an early stage, which was never realistic, though I get why people let the hype set their expectations... but the big hype is more about what the AI potentially could and will do at a later date
I think there are many advantages to being an early adopter, ofc there's always teething issues but being amongst the first to spot new opportunities early can make the unknown potential upside well worth exploring
Take TPD as a decent example since this is a predominantly racing forum, when it was introduced some were excited to try and see how it impacts/changes things while others reluctantly waited on feedback first.. the first group had time to test and refine stuff into a competitive edge while others had to play catch-up
