TPD Feedback and Issues

Like you said, it wasn’t a Plumpton issue after all. My TPD account had hit the monthly race cap, so BA stopped getting race data and all the TPD fields stayed blank.
I’d been on the £100 sub for a while on a single device and, before I paused it when I got seriously ill earlier in the year, that cap always covered all the TPD races I was trading, so I never expected to hit it.
I’ve now upgraded to the professional plan, and everything seems to work again. Thanks again for checking your side.
