Would it still be reconciled in the rare event of a race not turning inplay at all?

Had suspicions Leopardstown would be gone, girlfriend works and lives near there and pissing rain most of Friday while it was only a few showers in my area 20 miles away. There was some brilliant races lined up for traders, betters, and pure fans 
Edit - just saw it's been moved to Monday. That's a bank holiday in Ireland so there should be a decent bookies turnover and decent exchange turnover if bookies are laying off high liabilities onto it.
