Hi,
Just tried many to submit a ticket and repeatedly get "incorrect code" when I attempt to submit a support request.
"incorrect code" appears at the top of page and above the reCaptcha dialog box
Tried the obvious such as correct reCaptcha code and completion of all entry fields in the form.
Attempted this many times.
Either it's too early in the morning and I'm just having a bad day or the support mechanism is down.
HELP.
