Hi,

Just tried many to submit a ticket and repeatedly get "incorrect code" when I attempt to submit a support request.

"incorrect code" appears at the top of page and above the reCaptcha dialog box

Tried the obvious such as correct reCaptcha code and completion of all entry fields in the form.

Attempted this many times.
Either it's too early in the morning and I'm just having a bad day or the support mechanism is down.

HELP.

The mechanism was down for a short period as the hosting company was offline. If you try again now you should be ok.

Thanks that worked.
Ticket submitted.

NB : If anyone else has the problem then you'll need to reload the page in your browser with a refresh as the process still fails (certainly on FireFox) if you keep just resubmitting the form.
