I remember dreaming of daily pnl like this, Rik seems to be gone these days but I miss him he inspire me to value bet more and achieve those big pnl 🙌😎

mix of all, good pre race trades are only a few hundred in the green on a standard day (pic 1)

need to carry liabilities for bigger results, and that requires lucky outcomes for big +£ (pic 2)

if I'm up +£7k I don't mind to have -£4k liability on the next, but I wouldn't take -£4k liability on R1.
As for how there is currently a guy in UK/IE pre-race mkts doing short term price manips on a 5fig bankroll, if you just fade him in the right places you can get big sums on at +EV, and if luck is on your side you can achieve those big pnl (pic 3)

This goes against conventional advice to trade every opportunity on similar size, however I personally don't trade well when I'm having a losing day so instead I keep daily risk on tighter side start small and scale up into winning days. It can mean I undo a few profitable days and often walk away with my daily risk loss but the winning days make up for it
