Ok thank you so much Dallas for your advice.I'll give it a goDallas wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2024 1:33 pmYou'd use a 'Set/Signal Modify Signal' rule and on the signal tab 'Increment a Signal' on the Market (give it any name you want)
with a tennis fixed score condition to test the game and points are 0-0
Then add a Signal changed condition to your green up rule to test the signal named (whatever you called it)
changed between 30 and 31 secs ago
There's an example here which uses the above process

Back Fav if Lose 1st Set and Green up in Stages Guardian Automation Bot
You'd need a 'Set/Modify Signal' rule with a fixed odds condition to test the price is less than 'X'
and on the signal tab set a signal on the market with a name of your choice
Then on the back bet rule add a 'Signal Set' condition
to test the signal on the market named (whatever you called it) is set with a value
Hi Dallas, I am utilising the fixing the favourite that you use here, but just wondering why in the first line, "Remember Order", the Selection is "in row 1 (betfair order)", but the following lines, the Selection is "in position 1 (sorted in order of favouritism)"? Just curiosity really, trying wrap my head around the process!! Cheers, Peter.
The fix order rule is one of several rules (ie, green all, keep all unmatched etc) that don't get applied to a particular selection as the rule covers all selections anyway when it triggers.PeterS wrote: ↑Tue Aug 13, 2024 8:17 amHi Dallas, I am utilising the fixing the favourite that you use here, but just wondering why in the first line, "Remember Order", the Selection is "in row 1 (betfair order)", but the following lines, the Selection is "in position 1 (sorted in order of favouritism)"? In these rules the 'applies to' area is for (conditions only), and if not using any conditions it doesn't matter which selection is chosen, so I usually just leave it on the default of Betfair row 1
Hi Dallas,
I've been looking into a back the drifting favourite automation command
Other rules being:
Below 1.7 for favourite at start of the match.
Favourite has to have won 45% or more of points in the 1st set
At the start of the 2nd set only place bet of 2% of bank when favourite serves and there odds are a over 2.
Once service has finished, if won reduce bet size down to 1% of bank. If broken withdraw stake.
When opponent serves, if favourite breaks them, keep the 1% bank bet going.
If the favourite continues to stay in front for the whole of the 2nd set, cash out the bet at the end of the 2nd set.
If opponent wins there serve Increase bet to 2% of bank.
Keep repeating these rules of 1% bank bet when facing opponents serve, and Increasing to 2% when serving.
If the score reaches 4-4 in 2nd set. Cash out the bet.
In theory, reducing the loss/risk each time the favourite serves laying from a 2% position, down to a 1% position. Keeping the 1% bet going if breaking the opponent and winning the 2nd set, and cashing the bet out if the favourite is broken and is a break down.
Also include a rule whereby if favourite is broken, but breaks back before 4-4 to restart the strategy until the set reaches 4-4.
Hope this all makes sense, in short, it's the back the drifting favourite strategy for pro tennis trader.
Thanks
Craig
