BF Historical Data Site Problems

Does anyone else have problems downloading historical data or know why it isn't working for me? I simply want the basic data for the last couple of weeks to repair some files with missing settled winners

I'm definitely logged in, Ive "purchased" September and October 2026 (so it says duplicate if I try to do it again)

Go onto my data and fill all the necessary boxes but keep getting service unavailable when I go to download. I've tried changing the date range and excluding todays date, sometimes it wrongly counts the markets as there being 23,000 markets in September 2026. There's definitely something wrong with it

I've got the same issue, was hoping someone could get me a dataset for soccer, basic is fine for testing. I've had access for over a year now but did not download it, now I need it to improve my model, need some quality data.

Maybe there is a date within the dates you have already got the file available to download.
