The freezing screens are betangel's problem.

i have notice(not only me) that each time in a high liquidity market when one of my bets or a part of it gets matched the screen is freezing for a while as a result i loose money.i thought that this is a betfair's problem or my internet connection since today at chelsea's match after the 2-1 at 85 i knew what was going to happen when my first bet got matched the betangel stop functions again(for a while)then i open another bot(dont want to advertise)then i realize that all the freezing has nothing to do with betfair or my internet connection.

Bet Angel doesn't freeze when a bet gets matched - we'd be flooded with support e-mails if it did, but if your connection is prone to timeouts, you may need to configure Bet Angel to react to them more quickly. It's probably best if you contact [email protected] directly so that they can discuss exactly what you are seeing.
Bet Angel has a number of communication settings that can be adjusted to make it perfect for your particular internet connection with betfair - it may be that you'd experience a more consistent connection if you tightened up the connection tuner or used a different type of connection smoothing. Once support understands the exact nature of what you're seeing they'll be able to advise. Also, please let them know which version of Bet Angel you are running and a rough description of the spec of your PC.

did you get your freezing problem fixed? i have the same problem like you in the high liquidity game, I have 2 computers, only one of them has this problem, if your problem has been fixed, please tell me how do you fix it thanks
If you have two different computers and one is exhibiting this but not the other then it's worth playing around with the communication settings to understand why this happens. Matched bet retrieval via the API is always slower than odds, so you may want to adjust those settings. If you make your settings too tight or there is a delay Bet Angel may time out or buffer the retrieval.
It's worth playing around with settings to get the optimal response time. We could fudge the comms to make it look responsive, but we feel it's better to hand that control to users so you can get the perfect connection for your location. For example overseas users routing through Malta may have more latency issues than somebody a hundred miles from the Betfair servers.
