Is anyone else getting fed up with the idiot who comes in with some stupid amount of money and just takes out 10 ticks at a go.

Watch what happens to the market when he does this. There is an opportunity to profit from his trade.

When I post on an Italian forum, I hear often the same sentiment. People claim that as soon they entry the market some1 push the price 10 ticks in the opposite direction. I think I read 10 similar comments in the last 7 days. Happened to me as well but, I had the luck to be in the right direction 50% of the time.
Is it possible that some people may see the odds with a slight delay?

So why not take advantage of it? As was mentioned this presents an opportunity to profit. Ask yourself the following

1. What happens as soon as he hits the market?
2. What happens to the market a few seconds later?

Once you know the answers there is a simple way of profiting from it. If you search on here I made a post about an afternoon at Ayr where this constantly happened in one market and it was so blatant it was like picking up money from the floor.

Remember, wherever there is a problem for one, there is opportunity for another.

The market is the market, conspiracy theories and all. Its too easy to blame somebody else sometimes so I think you just have to accept its going to throw the odd curveball at you.

As your usually in mid trade lemontrader, maybe he's going against your money in particular.?

If your putting a reasonable amount of money in the market to early then they could be pushing through yours and their own money knowing that traders may sell out if they hold the market down long enough? Whilst your waiting for a bounce back other traders are supporting the position knowing they will hold it down until the market settles?

Its a jungle out here!

Another consideration is that, long term, you'll get as many spikes going in your favour as against you (even though sometimes it can feel like the gods are against you!).

The key to successful trading is adapting to whatever is thrown at you. When 1 door closes another one opens....

This thread kind of turned into an attack on my trading but what I can tell you is I am having trouble with betangel or my computers graphics card.

There seems to be a delay in what my card can display

Have you tried adjusting your communication settings?

I didn't read it like that, just people offering an opinion on what they consider to be important. I think it's just that it can seem like criticism at times.
