Fast feeds in Australia - In-Play Betting

I bet exclusively in run on horse racing in Australia. I know I am at a disadvantage to the guys with the fast feeds.

I have read the threads on here relating to TV delays, but they all seem to apply to UK racing.

Does anybody know how to get access to fast feeds in Australia? Is it a location thing? Direct satellite access? Being on track and getting the closed loop feed (how does this apply for the other states e.g. if I'm at Eagle Farm would the Randwick feed still be faster than my loungeroom?)

I don't expect all the answers but any information is appreciated.
