flashing charts, jumping ladders etc.?
re-opening the market makes no difference.
with does BA go haywire after a runner is withdrawn?

a shame because it can sometimes provide good opportunities but can't really trade on jumping ladders.

not sure why the API should make otherwise static ladders move - i would have thought that could be fixed?

they very often move position by 1 tick (up and a down every second or so).
e.g. say the midpoint of the ladder is 4.4 (it moves to 4.3 or 4.5 and then back again). it happens on all displayed ladders at once (i think in sync). so if you click you can't be sure at which price you're clicking on.
i know it's the same for other BA users.

Same here, if it could be fixed it would be great.
