Dangerous happenings in new Guardian!!!!!!!

Loaded all soccer matches, match odds and correct score. started trading on those matches I was interested in and soon realised that some of them:
a) would NOT show any odds/value below, when highlighted
b) would NOT pick up an excel sheet
c) could not be loaded in BA
d) could NOT be erased from Guardian until they got suspended and could be erased by the "erase suspended market" button
In fact they could not be handled at all.
So far no damage done anyway... the worst thing happend when I placed some bets on FC Copenhagen match and THEN this match got blocked as described.... now that was dangerous, so luckily I had the good idea of exiting BA and reentering it, and things seemed to be all right... then some other matches got blocked and so on. must be a new bug in the beta version (1.32.0) I'm using though, never seen it before.

P.S. this is more something for the "suggestions" section... one thing I'd like to see implemented is the possibility of erasing a market from guardian with an excel sheet command or unbind it.. it happens that I end up with 30-40 matches being monitored but in fact only about 5 or six are the ones I want, the others will stay there for two hours sucking up refresh time and clogging my system generally. Of course I'm talking about automation, if I'm there I can erase them manually..

one more thing: it only blocks the match odds market not the other types types of markets, and I must say that only happened with soccer, and never seen this with horses markets, but then I'm using this beta version of BA since a week or two.

It keeps happening... if one of these blocked markets is present, "select all markets" and "remove selected markets" combination won't work, the only things that work are either "remove suspended markets" when that market is suspended, or exiting BA an reentering it.

I use Guardian regulary for masses of football matches and haven't seen this. If you can set up a process where we can replicate it, we can have a closer look at what is happening at your end.

I can assure you I've not invented this, but it happened yesterday (sunday, 18/11) for the first time.
nothing really special to set up, this morning I loaded all soccer matches of the day, match odds and Total goals, then I decided I wanted correct scores instead of Total goals and selected all markets to delete them and load again, but I new there were some of the unhandble ones there because the selected wouldn't get removed... so I got out of BA and re entered.

If you can give step by step instructions I will try here and tell you what I see.

I.e. Start up Bet Angel, goto Guardian, click on this, add this do that, etc.

This is why i have never being interested in updates untill they are tested and given to the customer without any faults, although it may not be a software fault but equipment failure too or API.
When Windows 7 came out i waited nearly two years before upgrading, i am using BA V1.30 with no faults but profit (& a few losses here and there)
It is good that the BA team upgrade but is a Beta worth putting out or is a beta meant for fault finding. I hope it sorts itself out for you

I know beta's are usually issued for testing but we actually have use of the 'beta' for about a month before it comes out and use it in our day to day trading. We only release for beta when we haven't seen any issues. We marked it beta so people are aware that they may be things we haven't seen, but it's often the exception rather than the rule.

Unfortunately I didn't manage to reproduce that error again, very odd, I coldn't have invented it though, it was very real, and an easy concept as well, lines couldn't be erased, wouldn't show the odds below, wouldn't load into BA and didn't pick up an excel sheet.. no mistake about that, and the fact that it didn't apply to all matches and all markets (only match odds), really says it was nobody's fault, not my error nor Betfair connection..

using 1.32.0, hoping it also happened to someone else and he told you too, that would be a good proof...

Anyway, cannot correct something we don't see.... should it show up again I'll try to understand the causes and write here again
