BetAngel Automation sometimes fails - is it just me?

I regularly set up automated bets for horse races in running.

When certain horses 'back' prices are less than a certain value i have a rule that automates a back bet to be placed.

However, on several occasions recently the in running price is reached, BA fires in the automated bet, but the bet doesn't actually get matched.

I have recently tried the rule with the '3rd best price' rather than 'best price' ie to increase the chances of a match, but even this doesn't work.

Anyone else have this problem ? Any advice ? Should I aim for even lower price ?

Inplay there is a bet placement delay and, especially late on in a race, the price has long gone by the time your order reaches the market. You need to anticipate the price rather than react to it.

Thats why i aim a couple of ticks under.
Any suggestions ? Aim 5, 10 ticks lower? Do you have similar experience ?

I don't do much in play, so you'll have to experiment. I can't really offer any suggestions. I would imagine it is time sensitive as the race doesn't really start until the last few furlongs.
