Poor response times

Hello, meant to put this up earlier today but not had chance.

All day today I have been getting poor response times. I have been getting responses of 1000ms to 3000ms at worse, intermitantly throughout the day.

I know one other person who has had the same issue.

My ISP is Zen and the other persons is Andrew & Arnolds. I live in Nottinghamshire and they live in Yorkshire.

I use Bet Angel, they use their own application.

My ISP have run tests as has the other person and both ISP's are not seeing any issues at all. They both said it was likely to be Betfair's end.

Though stangely the other person when using their second line which is with Talk Talk were not having any issues.

Any ideas? Ways around it or others having issues?

Personally I haven't had any connection issues for a few weeks. Today they have been consistantly good all day. Sorry if this doesn't help!

Stangely enough it all seems to have fixed itself this evening. Would think it would be worse in the evenings if anything.

I often get poor response times. When I told BetAngel, they suggested it could be a bandwith problem. How many screens do people usually have open apart from BetAngel?
