ERROR MESSAGE- EXTERNAL COMPONENT HAS THROWN AN EXCEPTION- H

Has anyone had the error message "EXTERNAL COMPONENT HAS THROWN AN EXCEPTION" . Cannot login to BA due to this I have asked support and they said to disengage my firewall but this didn`t fix it either. It`s driving me nuts using Betfair to pace my bets so would be grateful if anyone has any answers.

I have done the diagnostics but had no joy. Just to clarify what I said in my previous post, I only switched my firewall off while I tried to login to BA but still was unable too so put my firewall back on afterwards.
