Is there anyone here who play bitcoin casino? It’s the same as regular online casino; the only difference here is that you’re using bitcoin. If you aren’t familiar with bitcoin yet, read here: https://betcoin.tm/what-is-bitcoin

Price rebounding strongly! $US 650 and rising. It does really look like Bitcoins are here to stay for the long-term and the price probably won't collapse to zero any time soon.

The article is getting a lot of stick:

I would take the article with a grain of salt. This is Newsweek after all. It's possible that this is the real creator of Bitcoin but I don't find it at all convincing. Much more likely, the name 'Satoshi Nakomoto' is just a nom de plume ( it is the equivalent of 'John Smith' in Japan)andyfuller wrote:The article is getting a lot of stick:

If anything Bitcoin has been very entertaining. There is probably more money made talking about it and seeing things related to it than itself.

Charts show a fairly sustained one-way downward trend over the last 3 months. The price of Bitcoins is now down below $US 400.
It looks like the bears were right...the thinking is the price is going to crash to some floor that is below $US 100 and not rise again:

Now that the hype has worn off, Bitcoins are just seen as a particular type of digital payment system, and the price is moving towards its 'fair value' (i.e. $US 100 or less).
