What happend at French Open Stephens v Peng?

Hello Experts,
please take a look at the attached screenshot. I really don't get the message, what was the reason for that spike?
As the French Open is a Grand Slam tournament, liquidity issues should not be a reason. I backed Stephens but due to this spike, my exit trigger at 40% loss fired. If this spike would not have accoured, my bet would have run fine.
How can I identify matches which are in danger of such patterns? And again: Why did that happen?

Could have been a number of factors. Maybe a heavy fall or slide that seemed a potential injury with a quick recovery.

Or just a fat finger. Who knows.
