OK so do you just untick auto refresh, and have it on connection mode 1?

Fire up Bet angel, choose connection mode one, select a market and then untick 'auto refresh'. Its also a good idea to load the markets into Guardian and let it auto switch between the markets and then you will always be ready on the right market if anything odd happens.

hi, its seems the problem persist, the api today already locked three times here at home, one of them I ran into betfair site to cancel my open positions...

We can't log in here or via our servers, which also seem to have stopped responding so we are assuming a major internet issue of some sort.
