Had the following log after BetAngel seemed to freeze...

Exception: Exception of type 'BetAngelHelper.APINGException' was thrown.
Exception: Exception of type 'BetAngelHelper.APINGException' was thrown.
Exception: Exception of type 'BetAngelHelper.APINGException' was thrown.
Exception: Exception of type 'BetAngelHelper.APINGException' was thrown.
Exception: Exception of type 'BetAngelHelper.APINGException' was thrown.
Exception: Exception of type 'BetAngelHelper.APINGException' was thrown.

Anybody know what happened? cost me a lot of moolah :(

You wouldn't normally see those in the log as they are handled internally. The only time we have seen it logged before (without any additional useful error messages) is when the data returned from the API was not in the expected JSON format. It can happen when the API has an outage and an html web document is returned from the API rather than the expected JSON string. The web document usually says something like 'betfair is experiencing technical difficulties', but it isn't something we can handle cleanly as the API parser just isn't expecting anything in that format.

Did you notice whether the betfair web site was working from the same computer at that time?

No I didn't notice, it happened during an in-play horse race,and as I say, it all just appeared to freeze. I was unable to do anything. Lets hope it's not a common occurence :|
