Allow rule to trigger up to setting in Tennis

I've been experimenting with 'In Play' Tennis trading/automation, and have been looking at the video Peter posted https://youtu.be/yjoJPbJ3_OI?t=117.

With regards the setting 'Allow rule to trigger up to', if I set this to 99 like in the video, does this mean that the rule will trigger up to 99 times in this game of tennis or the whole tennis match ?

Basically, what I'm wanting to achieve is for this rule to keep firing for each game that this player plays (and serves) for the whole duration of the entire tennis match.
