same here .... it would appear that the australian api is playing up again. You can load a UK race and everything is fine.

This is unacceptable - absolute indifference to customer service - BF appears to be working OK, so it musdt be the BA api. We lost a whole Thursday recently and now it looks like we'll lose a Saturday.

Surely we are entitled to expect better.

People using different software are having the same problems. It looks like a Betfair issue and not a BA one.

I can get into BF OK - it doesn't show my Aus balances - is this that same problem with the link between Aus BF and the BA api? I just want to be able to sit down and start trading - what am I paying PC for? I'm certainly not getting premium service!!

Every time I contact BA customer service they refer me to myself todays failing has cost me more than a years subscription. Do any of the other trading software allow for spread sheet transacting?

When I get into BA now it is showing my Aus balance - but doesn't bring up any markets. A trader colleague emailed me saying that he had spoken to BF and that they were working on it.

It's still far from perfect - it fails to accept lay bets every now and then and occasionally it doesn't cancel bets that have been placed.
I presume the BF executives will accept a reduction in their slaries to compensate for these problems that occur too frequently!!
