Hi Peter,

This appears to be the same problem that we experienced a couple of weeks ago (a Thursday was wiped out because the link between BF and BA wasn't working)- it wasn't possible to get the markets loaded. That's how it seemed to start out this morning (Aus time) and now that the original problem is fixed (that is, the markets are now appearing OK) I have been experiencing other problems - which appear fairly frequently even when other problems are not apparent.
Whilst I can load the markets, it won't accept some bets and then if it does accept them it won't cancel them. In one instance, I had a position (a lay bet) and it wouldn't green up when I pressed the green up button.
I have now finished for the day as I can't trade with this uncertainty. So, a Saturday wiped out.
Could you contact BF and see if the boofheads there could possibly correct these problems.

As I said in an earlier post why should I pay PC (albeit at a low level) when I certainly don't receive premium service.

Sorry to start you day with problems.
Thanks
Colin

Well my bot failed with an open position so it's not a great start to the day. We were speaking to BF last week about the Aus exchange, so it is something that has that has their attention at the moment.

Trying to place bets in running has been a lottery.

Did anyone catch the 10k left in play on Secretmensbusiness in the last at Morphetville?

I was in a good position to take some of that but had a deer in headlights moment

Thanks for fighting the good fight Peter & team. I have just returned to Aus racing after a year out (while they sorted the tech issues from betfair uk exit). Good to know it has their attention :|

I already feel guilty about the 'win', although I've taken many a pounding in the past, so I guess it's swings and roundabouts. If BF pay me any prize money for the weekly comp, I will donate it to a charity. It's looking like being a good week, so I'm looking forward to seeing how I rank. Bless you BF and after today you don't deserve my PC... I hope the other battlers got a dollar :)

Is there an Aussie Racing post or something similar where we can see prize money etc? I never know when the big AU meetings are on

I wouldn't be feeling guilty about anything. It's all part of the game. You can only play what is put in front of you.

And that's how it should be 99.9% of the time. Or is that too much to expect?
