Argentina v Brazil at half past midnight and a Brazilian Serie A game at 10pm tomorrow, not often you see that. Brazil aren't pulling up any trees in World Cup qualification either.
Yeah, I edited after Derek once I realised pre off its obviously a 0s delay. I didn't realise matches changed the delay whilst in play though. That's annoyingDerek27 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 21, 2023 5:53 pmI believe the betting delay is only accessible once the market's gone in-play. I know that's the case with Excel, I think it's also true with Guardian automation.
I've just started an automation test on the Afghanistan match and went down McDonald's for a quarter pounder & fries. When I got back I found it terminated itself at kick off because the delay was over 9 seconds, but when I chucked a bet into the market it was on 5. I suspect it was one of those matches that change mid-match!
Thanks for the idea, done it.sniffer66 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 21, 2023 6:15 pmYeah, I edited after Derek once I realised pre off its obviously a 0s delay. Just a shame we have to waste a couple of minutes setting up; don't even have time to carefully choose a match.

The only thing I've ever paid for was CMGBET and it was a one off fee for a life time license which you can download league/team goals, prices etc to CSV, Excel and do your own modelling etc. I felt the fee was very reasonable when I looked at the time/cost of doing it all myself and I've had excellent value from it.Estsisps1998 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 23, 2023 2:50 pmHi all,

As for actual trading sites I think there's enough information out there (and on this forum) not to warrant paying for strategy's because that's all you'll be buying. Strategy's are ten a penny what they probably never tell is what game to apply them to, when to apply them, when to exit etc Look at the Bet Angel Trading Academy it's free.

Good to have domestic footy back after another dreadful international break.
City v Liverpool the pick of the games.
I have some inside information on the team news for the game so thought I'd share it. City are expected to rest Kalvin Phillips after he came on as sub for England v North Macedonia on Monday. Pep told me unfortunately Kalvin suffered an allergic reaction to playing some football and was sent back to City from the England squad in a state of shock at having to do something this week to earn his England match fee as City normally pay him for doing nothing. Apparently Kalvin is exploring legal action against England for forced labour and modern day slavery.

+1. Lately there's barely been any markets liquid enough to test automation, never mind trade.Michael5482 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 24, 2023 8:15 amGood to have domestic footy back after another dreadful international break.

Cheers I'll keep an eye out over the weekend. It's been a nice little earner with the safety of knowing your bet will be voided if wrong. I can imagine people offering the money up on the opposite side at silly prices will have been moaning to Betfair that they offered a bet, someone took it and they lost

In truth I'd much prefer the markets to be left open to let everyone trade VAR decisions with all bets standing and not voided, the bet delay is sufficient enough IMO.
