Ty!
If I had to guess they had to manually resolve SP retrospectively
I've got stuff bets matched at xx:05:17 which is presumably the time they used, but seems like bet timings got moved logs vs. revised (usually they just stand b4 Y & void after Y), it's possible I didn't read log correctly but put enough time into it already gonna leave it now
It looks like it didnt go IP
It didn't. Lost 120€ because of that. I had closing trades waiting at BSP to be matched, got matched after the race started, but of course they voided that bets. That is the risk with waiting to close trades at BSP. I don't think I can escalate the situation, but my intention was never to go in play. Maybe the fair solution would be to void the whole market, but I never saw this happening in similar situations.

Anyone have mkt ID for Taree R6 (23rd July), or official start time?
Mkt not detected in-play for me, several odd matches bets
There was a horse withdrawn from the race, and Betfair didn't remove it on time from the market. I don't know if it was a fat finger, but someone backed that horse all the way down to ~2. Horse odds were over 10. Maybe that's why Betfair failed to let the market in play.

I've never seen it where your BSP bets get voided because of a late scratching. And there were BSP prices published. I'd ask for more information.

It's nothing to ask. Not because of late scratching was voided. I assumed that because of late scratching, threy didn't turned the market in play.
You back a horse at 4, place a lay bet at 3.7 with BSP on it, the race starts but the market it's not turned in play, your unmatched bet it's taken during that time, so Betfair will void that bet and you are stuck only with the initial back bet at 4.

Ok. I think you are saying that they voided the IP bet, because the market never went IP. That makes sense in some situations. THe BSP bet should always stand tho, because they can just wind it back to race time.

If I'm doing a trade close to the start of the race, I always set the closing (unmatched) bet to be taken at IP SP. I assumed it's the same price with the BSP that is why I wrote it like this  Sorry for the confusion
So yes, those IP SP bets will be voided if the race it's not turned in play.

In unusual situations, technical definitions become important, and there's no such thing as IP SP. Bummer for you this time it seems

Happy birthday to the horses today, no 2yo races for a while. Will be interesting watching the unraced 3yo's show up with Derby aspirations. I like the 3yo racing this time of year

Was there a fat finger at Moonee Valley in Race 4, Dischingis Prestige never got with in 3l of the winner yet hit 1.03 in play, The winner was Dashing Duchess , I think at a glance the names look similar and they were 7 & 8 in the book so next to each other, they were also next to each other in favouritism

Looked odd to me

Not sure what happened Eucha R1 with the 3 trading at 1.01 pre race, happened just after a suspension

Not really BF related but thought I'd ask here. Delete if the inappropriate forum.

Any AU based Citi traders here? Logged into my account for the first time in ages and all in-running options are gone with the exception of Singapore/HK/Malaysia. No AU in-running available at all.

Does anyone know if this is site-wide? Thanks 👍

Citi removed Aus in-running options a good while ago - obviously too many had fast feeds.

Which citi agents are you using? I'm looking for a new hookup.
