Yes and no, I find the big gaps between races changes how they trade.

I found yesterday (Saturday) really tough and only just broke even.

Today was excellent though, 6 successful swing trades out of 6.

1 or 2 ladders for me. But i have other charts open of the top 3/4 in the market. Was a bit of a game changer for me just concentrating on just 1 or 2 ladders compared to 5+ like i use to.
