Bill Gates in his CNBC interview says passing peak infection rate is no cause for getting excited about removing lockdowns - "very, very low levels of infection" and a new prioritising testing methodology are required to be in place first. Manufacturing, construction and education can return first, but that's just in an intervening period; he doesn't see 'normal' until we get "an amazing vaccine to the entire world."
I still think there's a lot of frustration and anger ahead as people get a bit carried away that this'll all blow over quite quickly. It doesn't help that the US is still very fragmented in its handling of the epidemic.

How did StellaBot become somewhat understandable overnight? Spent most of his/her time on this forum chucking in randomly worded sentences on random threads & now we have to take health advice from him/her. I feel like the abnormal is becoming the normal.

I think you're missing a point. He has been admitted to an NHS hospital. This reinforces the view that only critical care is undertaken by the NHS. The private sector are nowhere to be seen.
