Been some nice markets to come back to after the break.
With a slight change of strategy I've had...
2:10 Ovtavia 3.2 in to 1.8
5:10 Kittileo 4.8 now 2.86
7:10 White Desert 3.15 now 2.38
that's awesome!
are you using form to pick these?

7 from 7 this afternoon. Much needed confidence boost after a dreadful week last week. :D

Good for you, now quit (at least pause) while you're ahead, have a contented and positive evening, let those feelings soak in...and then smash it tomorrow. ;)

Remove the strike rate mentality out of your head.

Most pre race traders are running atleast at 70%. It is very common to go and get 7 from 7. It is also very common to get a bunch of losing trades in a row.

Why stop trading> in fear of breaking the perfect 7 from 7?

Not a dig either... just advise.

Make your trading about winning, not perfection. I did it, and for a long time, but i think rather than thinking about how many winners and losers think about how much are those losers.

Well for me anyway...

Is there a way to check the turnover of your account for the day?

yes yes yes yes yes... Sometimes...sometimes the guarentee of a good night's sleep is worth the chance or a few extra quid. My mission is creating a cosy condition. ;)

Export your betting history, sum it and halve it.

I just love Brighton & Windsor, the punters there really don’t care what price they want do they?

I see trading money the same way Fred Chapell sees food ...

"I have had an elegant sufficiency of the numerous delicacies. Any more would be an unsophisticated superfluity, for gastronomic satiety admonishes me that I have reached the ultimate stage of deglutition consistent with dietetic integrity. ”

I stopped trading to enjoy some sunshine, but it disappeared quickly so I'm back for the reminder of the evening.
