Betfair API Down

i have started to get lock ups/freezes for a minute or so, dont seem seem to be a pattern. as i type(15:53) totally locked up....... anyone seeing this?

The problem is back for me again but this time it is happening for long periods in the 1555. Twice so far. It is showing as still refreshing fine but no information is coming through.

Betfair have fixed that issue, so this is a new one!

The characteristics of it are exactly the same apart from this time it is happening for a longer period and as yet not at regular intervals. But the fact that the software api responses remain normal is the same as before whilst no data is updated but bets can be cancelled or submitted as was the case before. So I am not sure Betfair have fixed it.

they probably ran out of blue tac so it only held for a while.

they often claim to have repaired when clearly they have not, probably one reason why this thread is 127 pages long.

i have fallen foul before of the BF rules re number of bets per hour and incurred charges, does a similar rule apply to BETDAQ

Betdaq restrict upfront, but all will complain if you are hammering their servers for no commission. If you pay decent commission nobody complains.

15:18 i had a long lock up for about 1 minute. stopped trading now just watching for a while to see if it occurs again.
