Classic winner in the 16:50 at Exeter, Thomas Wild comes in at 1000 on Betfair after loose horse impedes clear favourite at Exeter, £61k lost on the leader at 1.01

Loose horse tried to head to the stables and ran straight across the clear favourite after it had cleared the last fence.

Trying to make logical sense of the in play market is like trying to nail jelly to the wall! :D
There has been a slight change at Wolverhampton as the number of laptop players in hospitality has been reduced. At one point I think it was stopped altogether. You will still get the hotel based players though. This did change the IR markets quite a bit so perhaps that is still happening.

today was pretty good. It just show how much difference it makes just with a little more liquidity.
There was a 1.01 looser too.

I don't know if it was the same race (kemp 16:55), but there was a high price winner in that race too.
I caught it quite high but I've just checked befits results (timeform) and it doesn't show the odds ..not sure how high it went though?

The 1655 went to 1000, I caught it by accident while trying to green up for a tiny amount. Happy days :D

Glad you had a good day!
:D

I'd like to think that I did my bit to help you out, when I managed to lose nearly 3 weeks profit yesterday and today. Need to do a full postmortem examining each trade but it was a breathtaking thing to *watch. The efficiency with which my code made my money disapear would have put a Mafia accountant to shame.

*Reviewed trades in the evening, not real time. Was too busy enjoying a country pub lunch to do anything when the worst was happening.
