Betfair API Down

I've just started using betangel professional for real today after practising for a week and now some of my lay bets have not been placed in play. Would this issue be causing this?

only effected the ascot 1405, so any problems you have had with placing bets inplay other than the 14:05, no.

I've been told there was a general internet issue this morning which has been causing a number of different problems out there. So that appears to be the issue.

as soon as the curr 13:55 went inplay, reponse times went back to normal sub 40

all football markets are suspended the system is unstable for few days now
