My account page was somewhat messy a few minutes ago, but everything smooth now.

My main connection froze so I switched to VPS and that was frozen too. Went to Betfair website and the formatting was messed up. I think it was just a temporary blip.

Something strange happening for me.
I can log into the Betfair site, but get the following message when I try to log into Bet Angel.

Exception Occured: The remote name could not be resolved

Anyone know what is going on?
Cheers

This means, for some reason, you are not connecting to the Bet Angel authentication server. But that shouldn't be an issue as it's up and running just fine.

Thanks for reply BA.
It was fine this afternoon. Is it a PC problem do you think?

It sounds like your PC is failing to resolve the domain name, so it could be a local issue. If you have a VPS try logging in on that to isolate the issue to the PC. I can't offer an immediately elegant solution but I am sure one of the guys will have seen this before.

If your daughter takes the ethernet cable out of the PC to plug the xbox in to play online, and then doesn't put it back, this causes a problem exactly like i have.

DOH!!!!!!

Sorry about that, I have sent her to bed with no supper.

Careful the API is starting to fail 14:50 Aintree. Get a spare copy of Bet Angel up in mode 1 for safety.
